New 2023/2024 NC DMVA Resource Guide

If your organization is interested in helping veterans across the state, please fill out the online form, and email the required information for consideration and inclusion into our biennial publication.

Why be Included?

Reach a wide range of veterans that could use your help. Our state veterans stand tall and are proud to have served our country. The families of active-duty servicemen and women have sacrificed tremendously and continue to do so. If your commitment is to serve these men and women, then you belong in this statewide publication.

NCDMVA supports the uniformed military, both active and reserve, their families, and installations and communities as well as military veterans, their families, facilities and services in North Carolina by providing timely and responsive engagement; to enhance North Carolina's current military and veteran friendly environment, fosters, and promotes business, technology, transportation, education, economic development, and healthcare by facilitating assistance and coordination between the Federal Government, the State, its political subdivisions and collaborative and supporting agencies.

What size(s) ad are you submitting? 
- Image files can be provided in: .PNG  .TIFF .PDF or high res .JPG file format. 
- Contingent upon the request, ad type, and artwork should be formatted to the following size:

·         Full Page Ad Image Area 7.5” x 10” 
·         Half Page Ad Image Area 7.5” x 5” 
·         Quarter Page Ads 3.75” x 2.50” 
·         Tile Ads 2.30” x 2”

- Please prepare and submit multiple ad sizes for the discretion of ad placement and selection

Qualifications & Submission 
- NC Secretary of State Registration Information (EIN) 
- Participating organizations must have a representative in North Carolina 
- Email ad slicks to: publisher@milvets.nc.gov

Deadline 
- Due to limited ad space, please submit your entry as soon as possible. Priority will be given in order of submissions received. 
- Submit Ad ready .PNG  TIFF .PDF or high res .JPG files of all Ads by 9:00am - May 22, 2023

Permission and Release

Electronic submission of resource information, its content, photo, video and/or other images, grants the North Carolina Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (NCDMVA) permission to publish, reprint and/or use the materials in a manner NCDMVA deems appropriate and related to the purpose of the submission, including future publications, and in various media formats over an unlimited time period, including online at milvets.nc.gov (and other NCDMVA operated web domains), NCDMVA operated social media channels, print materials, and any other outreach, informative, promotional, and/or resourceful materials, and at no charge to NCDMVA. Photographs, videography, images and any language contained therein, and an entity’s name may be used for public information without notification or compensation. Submissions are subject to N.C. Public Records law and may be disclosed to third parties. Correctness (i.e. current addresses, up-to-date phone numbers, etc.) and quality of submissions is not the responsibility of NCDMVA. NCDMVA has sole discretion to resize, crop, edit, or otherwise enhance images. Submission is not a guarantee for inclusion. Upon review, NCDMVA can and may, in its sole discretion, edit, reject, remove or disallow inclusion of any submission. By submitting materials and in consideration for inclusion of the submission, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and release NCDVMA from and against all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs that may arise from or related to any infringement on any intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party.
