Women Veterans

Serving North Carolina's Women Veterans

The NC Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (NCDMVA) is committed to empowering military and veteran women to live healthy and  happy lives.

Each year, NCDMVA partners with federal and state leaders to host the Women NC MilVets Summit. This biennial event provides women veterans access to counselors with expertise in claims, healthcare, e-Benefits, education and training benefits, VA home loans, women’s business opportunities and more.

The 2022 Summit has been postponed due to COVID-19 precautions and concerns. Please stay tuned for rescheduled event details soon.

Resources

NCDMVA does not sponsor or endorse any non-governmental organization.  Thousands of national, state, and local resources are available for Veterans, wounded warriors, service members, survivors, their families, and caregivers; search for those best for you on the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs National Resource Directory.
