A Military Spouse or  MilSpouse is the wife, husband, or partner of any U.S. uniformed service member.

OSHR Military Spouse Transition Network

The Military Spouse Transition Program supports military spouses employed by state government agencies in NASPE member states as they relocate to or from North Carolina. The Military Spouse Transition Network supports military spouses employed by state government agencies in the National Association of State Personnel Executives (NASPE) member states by providing career services during Permanent Change of Station moves. SpouseWorks Scholarship
