Julie attended East Carolina University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She currently holds the Series 7, Series 66 and Insurance licenses. Julie is also Commissioner for the NC Military Affairs Commission, Steering Committee Member for Wayne County Chamber of Commerce's Military Affairs Committee, Member of the Goldsboro Rotary Club, Board Member for the Wayne County Development Alliance and President of the Eastern Wayne High School Warrior Club. She has been in banking for more than 22 years.
