Sabrina Chandler

Ms. Chandler possess the following degrees; AS, BS and MS in Accounting and Counseling Psychology. Additionally, she has 20 years of state experience serving in financial leadership roles in agencies namely, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Environmental Quality, NC Education Lottery, Office of State Controller, Department of State Treasurer.  Currently she is serving as Chief Financial Officer with the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.  She also brings 8 years of private industry experience including stints at Wachovia, Wells Fargo, First Union, SouthTrust banks, and Central Carolina Hospital.  According to MS. Chandler “Working for state government and DMVA provides special and memorable experiences because it allows me to utilize my expertise to be of service to veterans and residents of North Carolina”.
