What is Operation Green Light?

Operation Green Light is a national initiative designed to honor our Veteran community and increase awareness of the challenges they may encounter each day.

How to Get Involved?

We encourage you to turn it GREEN! By changing a lightbulb outside your home or business to green, you’ll be showing your support for the Veterans of North Carolina.

Below, you’ll find a toolkit you can use to share information with your friends, neighbors, and community. When posting your green light on social media, please use the hashtag #OperationGreenLight.

Why Green?

The color green is a symbol of hope, renewal, and well-being. The term "green light" is often used as a forward movement.
