The NC Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (NC DMVA) announced this week, a Military Spouse Appreciation day that will honor the Military spouses around us who have the greatest impact on our lives and our military communities.

In accordance with the proclamation issued by Governor Roy Cooper, the NC Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (NC DMVA) will commemorate the first annual NC Armed Forces Day Program in Raleigh.

The Month of April has been designated as the national “Month of the Military Child”, a time to honor the sacrifices, courage and resilience of the dependent children of service members serving at home and overseas.
